The Home Depot

I live right next to this Homedepot and I come here for all my home projects! Unfortunately I had a terrible experience today with an employee called “Anne” in the garden register. One of my biggest concerns was her lack of wanting to help us. We came up with two carts full of heavy items and I nicely explained I had my app with my attached payment type and and or my license if she can allow us to help pay for our items with our Homedepot card. Her response well no I need everything here physically. I said this isn’t my first time I would really appreciate your help. She continue to scan my items , finally she looked up 3 slabs when I picked them up they were 16 inch @ around $5. She was inputting them for about $7 and change. I explained that is not what I saw she took out a measuring tape to tell me they were 20 inch’s. When really they were 16 inches but she did not want to seek help to ensure she was charging me correctly. I have a photo of the item I picked up. It upsetting that people like her don’t want to help or even have the courtesy of being nice. I was very disappointed in today transaction and would hope that someone could at least let her know it doesn’t cost anything

I would like to recognize Ms. Joan for her outstanding customer service and exceptional patience. She was professional, courteous, and took the time to address all of my questions and concerns thoroughly. Her calm demeanor and willingness to help made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. Ms. Joan patience, knowledge, and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable and I greatly appreciate the assistance she provided. At the end of the day I had to make that purchase of a washer and dryer because Ms Joan leave me assured and comfortable.

The ladies who work in the garden area at the cash register are super nice. They always greet with a smile. The store always have a good selection of plants and deals.

Was able to recycle two used lightbulbs at the front of checkout. Store layout was great as expected and plenty of items in stock in various categories from household appliances to gardening and more. It’s also close to other businesses in the plaza. Parking lot was simple but plenty of patrons out and about walking.
